| • | No reservation is confirmed until deposit is received. Deposit must be received within 2 weeks of booking. |

If we are compelled to cancel a charter because of weather or water conditions you will be rescheduled or your deposit will be returned. Cancellations must be accomplished within 4 weeks prior to your charter. |
| • | No drugs allowed on vessel. Alcoholic beverages are permitted; however, intoxication is not. Bob will issue a warning if he feels that there is a problem. If the situation does not improve, Bob will discontinue the charter, no refund. Your safety is our responsibility. |
| • | Full payment will be made upon completion of trip. |
